Virginia Tech Professor Gains “Real World Knowledge” at NSWC Dahlgren Division

During his 10-week participation in the Office of Naval Research Summer Faculty Research Program (SFRP) at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dr. Justin Kauffman, a professor at Virginia Tech, had several enlightening moments.
