Your work will entail providing in-depth coverage that unpacks the reasoning behind regulations and policies at both the state and federal levels while offering insightful analyses on the likely impacts on businesses and consumers. Moreover, you will also examine how current and proposed regulations are influencing business decisions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, buybacks, dividends, and research and development.

Basic Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of professional journalism experience
• Openness to editorial feedback
• Proficiency in journalistic standard methodology (AP style, libel issues, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional journalism experience

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section pertains only to US candidates)

S&P Global notes that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $51,289 – $105,400. The final base salary for the role will be determined by factors such as the individual’s geographic location, experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.

In addition to the base compensation, this position is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
