Q: Why did you want to start this kind of business?
A: I wanted to start a different type of CPA firm, where the focus was providing personalized service and not emphasizing billable hours. I had found that many local businesses would like an accountant who was able to not only supply tax advice but also provide support for growing their businesses.
Q: How did you get your start?
A: I began working as a CPA with a firm in Camp Hill in 2000, and have been working with clients since then to assist them with meeting their financial needs.
Q: What does your business sell or provide?
A: We are a full-service CPA for both individuals and small businesses. We provide tax planning and preparation, bookkeeping, payroll services, business consulting, etc. We strive to meet our clients’ financial needs and ensure their success.
Q: What is the biggest challenge you are facing right now?
A: Our biggest challenge is dealing with incorrect or incomplete information found on the internet by clients. The complexities of tax strategies are often oversimplified in online resources, and we work with clients daily to explain the detailed processes and minimize costs and tax burdens.
