These initiatives are part of NFIB’s ongoing efforts to urge Congress to prevent a significant tax increase on 9 out of 10 small businesses through the passage of the Main Street Tax Certainty Act. The expiration of the 20% Small Business Deduction would create an uneven playing field favoring large corporations over 30 million small business owners.
