Kyle did a fantastic job with my divorce. He was very thorough in explaining Oklahoma law, he was timely in taking care of paperwork and returning calls, great communication and wasted no time on any steps. He was very transparent on where the fees were applied and even returned the over payment with a breakdown of charges!! I highly recommend Kyle, his office staff is also very sweet and friendly !
I would highly recommend Mr. Persaud. He is professional and very thorough. My wife and I needed guardianship for her mom who has dementia. Kyle Persaud came through gor with flying colors.
Kyle informed me he hadn’t read my 20 submitted discovery questions, but 5+ minutes later admitted he HAD read them, but didn’t agree any questions were “relevant to the case”. So I was officially lied to by my own attorney. In the court room, he left, came back and started yelling about a missing piece of paper supposed to be in his briefcase, of course he later found when I asked him. In a courtroom with other people in it, he thought someone opened his briefcase and removed a paper he needed and he wanted to audit the camera footage. He was the biggest nightmare I’ve ever encountered, right after the person he divorced me from. My ex wife some how knew the exact amount of money I spent on my case, and I never told her. Too many oddities, never again.
After reading through the detailed instructions on his website, I tried to file my divorce on my own. Needless to say, it did not work and so I retained this guy. And, I must say, Mr. Persaud has been prompt in both his email, phone, and regular mail correspondence with me and DID explain each step of the process as my case proceeded. He only called when absolutely necessary, and whenever I posed questions to him over the phone his answers were always very concise and thorough — which saved me money. He even provided me with a refund of the retainer amount he did not use, and he sent it first class mail. I was impressed that I received it the day after my court hearing! I highly recommend Kyle Persaud to anyone who isn’t in the mood for incessant yammering about confusing legal jargon on your dime. He is professional in that he gets to the point and doesn’t beat around the bush: He conducts himself in a manner that represents his formal representation as a business transaction, not a platform for communal pandering. This, in turn, saves everyone involved precious time AND money. In my humble opinion, that’s about the best kind of lawyer one could ever hope to find. Thanks again, Mr. Persaud, for a job well done. I appreciate your efforts on my behalf.
