### Virginia Tech Board of Visitors Quarterly Meeting

On Sunday, Nov. 5, at 1:30 p.m., all board members will engage in an open session for an information session at Latham Ballroom. Subsequently, on Monday, Nov. 6, board members will participate in a tour of recently completed capital construction projects located in the Upper Quad area. The tour will include visits to Upper Quad Hall North (280 Stanger Street) and Corps Leadership and Military Science Building (355 Old Turner Street), commencing at 8:30 a.m., and both situated on the Blacksburg campus.

In addition, on Monday, the chairs of the five standing board committees will hold an open session at 7:30 a.m. in the Old Guard Salon.

### Committee Meetings

Furthermore, the following committee meetings are scheduled on Nov. 5 and 6:

1. **Academic, Research, and Student Affairs Committee**: This committee will convene in closed session at 8:30 a.m., followed by an open session at 9 a.m., both of which will take place in the Smithfield Room.
2. **Buildings and Grounds Committee**: The committee will hold an open session at 10 a.m. in the Solitude Room on Monday.
3. **Compliance, Audit, and Risk Committee**: On Sunday, the committee will have a closed session at 9:45 a.m., followed by an open session at 11 a.m., both taking place in Latham Ballroom.
4. **Finance and Resource Management Committee**: The committee will hold an open session at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, followed by a closed session, both occurring in the Cascades Room.
5. **Governance and Administration Committee**: The committee will convene in open session on Sunday at 4 p.m., held in Latham Ballroom.
