1. WBK (Waffenbesitzkarte) it allows you to own guns
2. Waffenschein which allows you to carry guns in public
To shoot guns at a range you wouldn’t need any license at all. In fact you usually need to be a member of a shooting club for 6 month to gain a WKB in the first place. During that time you need to train regularly. Kids usually need to be 14 year or older
