Brandi was excellent to work with in our case. We felt confident from the first time we met with her. The office is very comfortable, modern, and bright. When we complimented the office the first time we met her, her response was ÔÇ£usually when people are here it isnÔÇÖt always for a good reason, so we want them to feel comfortableÔÇØ. It meant a lot. She knew we were going in with heavy hearts and she provided us an atmosphere that felt safe. When the case was finished and we sat in her office for the last time, it was bitter sweet. Brandi was fabulous and she got our family on the other side. We couldnÔÇÖt have done it without her.
Emily and her staff were wonderful to work with. Emily walked us through our estate planning and was thorough and thoughtful in addressing our needs.
The website says ÔÇ£Our philosophy at Jones, Green, & Tackett Law, PLLC, is to personally walk you through every step of your caseÔÇØ. However, we tried to contact and get help filling out a basic document for over two weeks. Each time we were promised a call back, and many times that never came. When we called back, our case was pushed off to an ÔÇ£assistant who would call us backÔÇØ. After another no call back, we reached out today and were placed on hold for 10 minutes, only to be told that said assistant was ÔÇ£off for the past two weeks, and wonÔÇÖt be back until after the holidaysÔÇØ. So, two weeks waiting for a non-existent associate to fill out documentation we were hiring an attorney to do.
I asked for a principal at the firm to call me back so I could find out why they communicate so poorly, but I was told it wasnÔÇÖt possible.
My advice would be to find a firm who focuses on the client, and not push off basic tasks on associates who wonÔÇÖt be at work for a month. IÔÇÖm aware and empathetic that the associate may have health or family issues preventing her from working, but thatÔÇÖs when the attorney must step up and do the work. And at least communicate.
Beyond frustrated that we wasted two weeks chasing these women around. We wanted someone local, so we wouldnÔÇÖt have to drive into the city, which is why we contacted this firm.
IÔÇÖm sure even after reading this review, nobody will reach out to apologize for wasting our time for two weeks, thus slowing down the filing process even more.
ItÔÇÖs shameful the lack of work ethic displayed here. Ridiculous, actually.

Called another firm. Prompt phone call returned within the hour. Interview process was professional and fast. Onboarded us in 10 minutes. Walked us through the filing process step by step. THATs how itÔÇÖs done!
Brandi Jones was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job of representing me and guiding me through my court process. Highly recommend!
My husband and I just finalized our Estate package with Emily Green. Emily was wonderful to work with, very personable, knowledgeable, and patient to work with. She answered all over our questions (and we had a lot), and was thrilled to answer them. Now that we have signed our documents we feel even more prepared in life.
