Listen- if you call Tom Erb, youÔÇÖll only end up broke and you definitely wonÔÇÖt win your case. (Especially not a family law matter!)
His ÔÇÿpartnerÔÇÖ Wes is a darn good attorney but it doesnÔÇÖt matter because he works for scam artist. I hired Wes a few years ago and paid in full. Someone called in to pay my balance as a favor and even though my case was paid in full, Tom Erb found something more to bill. But the matter was completely finished. Wes could barely explain the charge. Their idiotic portal sends auto emails and I doubt itÔÇÖs even ethical. But whatever- Wes won my case and I let it go. Fast forward some years, I know Wes is a great lawyer so I send my friend. Tom intercepts her and manages to spend her $8k retainer in a matter of weeks. IÔÇÖd copy the courts docket to show it, but he filed a motion which didnÔÇÖt match the previous ruling. Ugh- law school 101. Hell- he didnÔÇÖt even show up to her hearing. His excuse was a golf accident. $8k for what, Tom? Wes should run. He could have a successful practice. He is definitely held back by this bozo. His name ainÔÇÖt even on the door.
Two words- Buyer beware!
Tom Erb was amazing. He met with me to discuss in detail my situation. He asked what I wanted to happen, and he got me exactly that. From the initial phone call to the closing of the case, Tom made me feel like i could trust him and his judgement calls on my case.
