Janice Langbehn is an exemplary attorney. As a new mother, I encountered a formidable challenge when my ex-partner assumed an absent role, promoting a false narrative while seeking legal rights to our son. From the outset, Janice demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to my case. Both Janice and Michelle exhibited promptness in returning my calls and emails, ensuring that I remained well-informed of any developments or changes throughout the process. I never felt left in the dark, a testament to their transparent and communicative approach that I deeply appreciated. Janice adeptly presented a compelling argument, ultimately securing all that I had hoped for in the resolution of my case. Her legal prowess and commitment to her clients are truly commendable.
Just got done with my divorce and got screwed. Had Kevin Rundle as an attorney. The other attorney walked all over him and he did minimal to fight for more. I am now going to be negative over 400 dollars a month due to false information, where I got told if my ex got a super expensive daycare I would be protected. Paying almost $2000 dollars to my ex a month now and won’t be able to afford food or pay bills. Let alone see my daughter because I won’t have the money to do that. It seems that what’s “best for the child” is screwing dad’s over. My ex had made threat after threat and none of it seemed to matter. Also have seen three life harming things when video chatting my daughter and got told that it’s in the past, so essentially when my daughter gets extremely injured or dies is when anyone will care. Basically gist is I paid money to get screwed over more than if I didn’t have an attorney
Kelly and Lisa are the best to work with. Kelly is very knowledgeable and prepared me for every possible outcome. The way she handled the case in the court room was flawless. Lisa was quick to respond and very hands on with the case. They are a dream team and I am glad that I had them on my side. They helped me to win my case, made me feel heard and understood.
I was referred to Envision Family Law from my employers EAP after a previous referral never got back to me. I reached out to Envision Family Law and was quickly setup with an appointment for a date I would connect with Heather to go over my situation and the support I was looking for.
Heather clearly explained the process of filing for divorce, waiting periods, details about the financial aspect of the process and answered any questions I had.
Overall, Heather, Michelle, Stacy, and Tina made my divorce process easy to navigate and while I hope to never have to need a family lawyer again, I’ll know who to call if I do. 🙂
Erin at Envision Family Law is truly amazing. She was knowledgeable, professional, and amidst the professionalism was able to provide a type of comforting warmth during a trying time. She answered any and all questions, and made sure that we had all the information and direction that we needed. Thank you Erin!!
