Cunningham Swan handled a very complicated real estate matter for me. David Munday, Alicia Turney and their real estate team went above and beyond to ensure that the deal closed successfully. Very grateful for all their hard work. I would highly recommend.
David Munday and his legal clerk Marlene were a pleasure to deal with. He has represented us on our 4 real estate transactions over the last two years. We’ve dealt with three other firms in the past and he is by far the most professional. He gives sound advice, thorough information, and quick turnaround times. We had a bit of a unique situation and he made us feel at ease even though we had a quick closing date. We would highly recommend him and this firm for all of your commercial and residential real estate needs.

He was patient, helpful and really took the time to help me understand the whole process. It was so amazing to have someone who understood the personal magnitude of what I was doing and to really take the time to make sure I was comfortable with and understood the whole process. I felt that Mike Brown took my personal business as his own. He looked out for me in each and every way, legally, and made sure that I was informed, protected and looked out for.
