Eligible businesses must have been in operation on or before March 17th, 2020, and meet the criteria of being historically disadvantaged ÔÇô minority businesses with annual revenues of $1 million or less and employing fewer than 25 full-time equivalent employees. The Mor├ín Administration remains committed to addressing ongoing challenges, and the City of Reading currently falls under priority categories, making our small business community eligible for this funding in addition to the monies the City has already dedicated for them.
