I have got nothing for you as such, but I had similar issues with Transunion after moving house. They seem to credit check in a very odd way, and only wanted minimal info from me. Their credit score for me also seems to be a lot lower than other providers.
I’ve since been approved for a very similar thing with another company who credit checked through a different provider (and asked for all the standard stuff like 3 year address history etc). Is there any chance you can find a similar product from a different retailer?
