Joe Singleton, co-owner of Take It Easy Labs, expressed disappointment at the planned sale, stating that it would greatly impact the creative businesses housed in the building. He mentioned that relocating would significantly increase rent costs, contrary to the affordable setup at Aire Street Workshops.
