Iconic Butcher Shop in Chinatown Closes After 35 Years

His wife, Dee Guo, lamented, “He’s waiting to enjoy New Year and Christmas time with the kids and stuff. Which he missed it for 30 something years.”

Tsun will perform his last chop this Sunday, which happens to coincide with his 64th birthday. According to Tsun’s son, Dominic Tsun, this retirement marks a significant milestone as his father has never taken a trip longer than 10 days.
