NEW DELHI: IndiGoÔÇÖs former CFO Aditya Pande has been appointed as the CEO of InterGlobe Enterprises’s (IGE) group, effective from March 1, 2024. This comes as Pande resigned from his position as CFO at Udaan on Monday, adding to a series of top-level departures from the B2B e-commerce startup in recent months.

Pande’s responsibilities at IGE will include setting up the company’s strategic agenda and overseeing and strengthening the leadership of its businesses and corporate staff functions. Reporting directly to IGE promoter Rahul Bhatia, Pande will also have all existing directors reporting to him. As of the end of the December quarter, IGE held a 37.8% stake in IndiGo. The conglomerate is part of the promoter group stakeholders in IndiGo, which includes Rahul Bhatia among others.

With over 25 years of diverse experience, Pande has previously held business strategy and finance roles in companies like General Electric and Arthur Andersen. A statement from IGE highlighted Pande’s extensive experience in engaging with business partners, investors, and analysts. This move by InterGlobe is aimed at strengthening its leadership team as it pursues ambitious global plans.
