My commitment remains unwavering in advocating for disaster recovery funding to empower Vermonters in rebuilding even stronger than before.”

Representative Balint echoed similar sentiments, stating, “One year on from the floods that ravaged our communities, we witness the resilience of Vermonters. However, there remains a substantial amount of work ahead to ensure every Vermont family and business achieves complete recovery. The conversations held in Londonderry and Ludlow shed light on the essential tasks that lie ahead to fortify our towns against future disasters. It was a productive visit with Senator Welch, engaging directly with Vermonters. We persist in our fight for Vermont, striving to secure the necessary resources for a resilient rebuilding process.”
