Belleville-based Kish Bank recently opened its first Blair County branch at 615 Pleasant Valley Blvd.

The expansion into the Altoona community is seen as a response to larger banks closing branches and reducing service to clients. Kish Bank aims to fill that gap in the market and provide a higher level of customer service.
