AI Legalese Decoder: Revolutionizing Legal Language Translation
Introduction:
In today’s fast-paced world, the legal industry is under increasing pressure to adapt and streamline its processes. One major obstacle lawyers and legal professionals face is the complex and convoluted nature of legal jargon and terminology, often referred to as legalese. Had my final C&P for migraines on 8/3/2023. That was initially an ACE exam, but the VA rater wanted a C&P.
I received a denial on a supplemental/appeal this weekend so hoping good news come outs of this standard claim round. My supplemental/appeal was for a secondary, which they only looked at as primary.
Claims this round: TMJ, PFB, small pox scar, migraines (secondary)
Anyone else file a supplemental in June for something that was previously denied and not hear anything back as of yet? Thanks.

Edit
– Spoke with VERA today and they said all that was left on my claim was the writing of the notification letter. So I’m not sure why my claim moved back to PFD…I guess they have to write everything up before it is approved at the PDA level? Either way, as soon as the letter is completed, I am hoping it moves along now. I didn’t ask the agent what my rating was but I’m thinking about emailing my VSO. Does anybody know if they normally tell you?
