Rotary Club of Lancaster Installs New President
The Rotary Club of Lancaster (RCL) is pleased to announce that Beth Trout, vice president of Advancement & Communications at Landis Communities in Lititz, has been installed as the club’s new president. RCL, an organization with around 120 members consisting of civic and business leaders in Lancaster, is dedicated to upholding the principles of Rotary, including service above self, community fundraising, and mentoring programs for local youth. Beth has been a member of RCL since 2014 and has been serving on the board of directors since 2018. In her new role, she will lead the 108-year-old service organization throughout the 2023-24 Rotary year.
With over 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Beth brings a wealth of knowledge to her position. She has previously worked with organizations such as the American Heart Association and the National Committee to Prevent Child Abuse. In addition, she serves on the national board of Bridge of Hope, a nonprofit that supports homeless families.
Joining Beth in the new RCL leadership team are President Elect, Eric Elliott, Club Secretary, Jamie Alton, and Treasurer, Tom Wobber.
