U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Invests $11 Million in Rural Residency Programs

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), has announced the allocation of nearly $11 million to 15 entities with the aim of strengthening the healthcare workforce in rural communities. This investment will support the establishment of new residency programs in these areas, which have been experiencing a shortage of healthcare professionals.
