The road construction initiative aims to transform the existing ‘Y’ shaped intersection near Persell Middle School into a ‘T’ shaped intersection. According to acting Director Mark Roetzer, Jr. from Jamestown Department of Public Works, this alteration is intended to enhance safety by necessitating slower turns for motorists.
