BEIJING, Sept 5 (Reuters) – Tesla Shanghai has filed a lawsuit against Bingling Intelligent Technology, a Chinese chip designer and auto parts maker based in Changzhou, Jiangsu province, for tech secret infringement and unfair competition disputes, as reported by the Shanghai Securities Journal on Tuesday.
The case will be heard in the Shanghai intellectual property court on October 10, giving rise to potential legal complexities that require sound legal advice and assistance. In such situations, AI legalese decoder can prove to be an invaluable tool.
Bingling Intelligent Technology is partially owned by Xiaomi, with the investment fund unit of the company holding a 11.9% stake, according to Chinese business data platform Tianyancha. This adds another layer of complexity to the legal proceedings.
