Remache’s journey to launching her own business had a slight delay as she dedicated her time to raising their three daughters. Now that their daughters are grown and independent, the timing was perfect for Remache to pursue her certification as a nails technician and work in a salon for the past four years.

The salon is named after their youngest daughter, 16-year-old Paola, who is thrilled about having a business named after her. Their other two daughters, Jemina and Gabriella, will also be involved in helping out at the salon.

Paola’s Nails and Spa will offer a range of services including manicures, pedicures, and waxing, which are all Remache’s specialties. The focus will be on providing customers with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere combined with exceptional service and high-quality products.

Cuenca shared their strong work ethic, instilled in them from their upbringing in Ecuador. According to him, Remache is committed to delivering the best possible customer experience and will work tirelessly to achieve that.

Despite his busy schedule running his construction company, Cuenca expressed his pride and commitment to supporting his wife’s business endeavor. He plans to be present at the salon as much as possible to offer assistance.

Opening Paola’s Nails and Spa marks the fulfillment of their goals set over a quarter century ago. Having married in Danbury and raising their children in the same community, this business venture is their way of giving back to the community that has been kind to them since their arrival from Ecuador.
