The graduation ceremony, held at Pennhills Club, was attended by Alliance Board members, ELM mentors, reactors, subject matter experts, as well as USDA Rural Development representatives Allen Hopkins and Tom Wellington. The graduating business owners were recognized with plaques of completion for their hard work and dedication.

Through the comprehensive nine-month program, participants engaged in a variety of activities such as a business owner renewal retreat, assessments, guest speaker sessions, mentorship opportunities, and coaching sessions.
