Bro you are going to pay taxes where you live tf is wrong with people

You can’t. Where you live is where you pay. You can register your company elsewhere, pay less tax but then you’d have to pay the difference in your country of residence. There’s double taxation avoidance treaties that regulate this, but pretty much how it works is you have to pay the difference.

You have to move, actually live elsewhere and then stop paying taxes in Spain and start paying taxes in your new country of residence.

I know that Estonia has an entrepreneur account – [https://www.emta.ee/en/private-client/taxes-and-payment/taxable-income/entrepreneur-account](https://www.emta.ee/en/private-client/taxes-and-payment/taxable-income/entrepreneur-account)

I am not too sure how it would work for foreigners (I am an Estonian myself) or you might be able to get it with the E-residency – [https://www.e-resident.gov.ee/](https://www.e-resident.gov.ee/)

The main benefit of the entrepreneur account is super simple accounting – you pay 20% tax on everything entering the account (you cannot deduct expenses), but since in your case the expenses would be quite minimal anyway and it might be a total cost saving to you evens, as accounting might end up costing more than you could save on tax reductions.

If this special account is not available for foreigners or if your business becomes too large setting up a company and managing it globally is still super simple with easy online access to everything and quite nice tax policies (with the main one being that profits are not taxed directly, but only dividends – if you reinvest your profits then you do not pay tax) (same tax system is also in Latvia, but nowhere else in the world).

Bis disclaimer though, I do not have experience with the Estonian tax system or setting up the company as a foreigner, but have read from other posts also in this sub that it is super simple also for foreigners – you should definitely look more into it. Also, some biases as it is my home country.

Best of luck with your business 🙂

You can’t. Doesn’t matter where you incorporate your company, doesn’t matter if you keep all the money in the company, the company has to pay tax where the work is done (put simply).
If it’s just you and you live in Spain, then the company will pay just as much as a Spanish company, possibly even more.

You’re not avoiding taxes my guy 😅
