It has some helpful tips about pursuing underpayments. I think you first need to get some information as to why you are being underpaid. There seem to be a few unknowns here and if you wish to do something at law – you will need specifics.
E.g Is this because you have been underpaid under your award or EBA rate or under contract. If this is something you don’t feel you can do yourself you can ask a local community legal centre to see if they have capacity to assist you with writing a letter maybe.
