I was under the impression oconus ppm was not authorized but all i can find is a blog saying that.
Dude just write a memo stating what the weigh tickets say. They just want someone responsible for when they reimburse and get audited
I’ve done and been reimbursed for OCONUS to OCONUS PPMs before. But I also used the certified scale on base at DLA (DRMO). Don’t remember having a memo other than the one I needed to take a non-US flagged carrier for the ferry.
