Being new to the Roswell area and needing an attorney that would fight for my best interest was stressful to say the least. I am extremely grateful that I found Mr. Michael Gomez. From start to finish he was attentive and quick to respond to any question I had. He was able to get my case dismissed through his expertise of the law which is what you want from your attorney. I highly recommend Mr. Gomez to anyone in need of legal representation. The cherry on top is Mr. GomezÔÇÿs staff, kudos to his staff for being very friendly and attentive as well.
Gomez Law Office was recommended to my son who was previously incarcerated in a Detencion Center. When i called and spoke with P. Gomez he immediately made me feel better about the situation while he also worked and spoke with my son.
They were nice and efficient. His charges were dropped my son and i were able to speak with them with no judgement.

Michael Gomez and his staff are amazing! They are extremely professional and handle all needs in timely fashion! Would definitely recommend Michael to anyone needing any help with legal affairs!
If I could give a rating for just one of the Gomez lawyers. The younger Gomez, Michael is nothing but professional, doing his best to figure things out. The office staff, very polite, and wonderful, and that is where it stops. The older Gomez, while yes the case was found in our favor, the first SSA hearing was a bust because he didn’t show up for the hearing. He told me, my wife, and my dad (we were all in the same rental car) to meet him at his office for a pre-hearing conference. Guess who wasn’t there? The younger Gomez, tried to find him by phone, NO ANSWER. We had to be at the hearing office so we left. Our hearing time, came, and NOT ATTORNEY! First he blamed the girls in the office, then he blamed the hearing judge and staff, I’m surprised he didn’t try to blame me. The hearing judge (wonderful, kind, her staff great) agreed to reschedule, they didn’t have to, but they did.
5 months later, the case was heard, and ultimately found in my favor. THEN I GOT HIS BILL, AFTER TAKING A CHUNK OF THE MONEY OUT OF MY SETTLEMENT. His bill included paperwork that he had to print, THAT I HAD ALREADY PRINTED AND SENT TO HIM. THEN HE CHARGED ME TRAVEL TO GO FROM HIS HOUSE TO THE AIRPORT TO FLY TO WHERE HIS OFFICE IS!
I’m still checking to see if that is actually legal to charge travel from home to office. I think it is only legal (IRS wise) from office to court site. I’m also wondering if it’s legal to “practice” in one state, but have his business license and office in another state?
If I could only rate the Younger and staff, 5 STARS!

Would I recommend this law firm, I sure would for anything BUT SSA cases, and since the Younger Gomez doesn’t handle SSA cases, it’s a safe bet you will get amazing service. Other wise for SSA cases, FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
