Though the services of a divorce attorney are never something I ever wanted, I am appreciative and grateful for Emelia’s help. She was kind and understanding of me as we worked through all the issues to mediate and settle on an agreement. She worked hard to research asset value to help negotiate the best possible settlement for me. she took time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything including how the laws of mediation worked.
I feel I made a wise choice in a difficult situation. I think most of you reading this review can understand the sentiment of though I do not want to be repeat customer going through another divorce, if you find yourself needing help, I can strongly recommend reaching out to Emelia.
Ashley represented me in a very long, high-conflict, divorce and custody battle that took over 2.5 years. Throughout the entire process she explained things in a way I understood, was organized, responsive no matter the time of day, respectful, and most importantly treated the scenarios that came along with kindness and empathy. I’ve had attorney’s in the past that didn’t feel the urgency in situations because it wasn’t their life. This is not the case with Ashley, she treated me as if I were her own family going through the same situation.
I was extremely nervous for trial and she met with me to help me feel prepared and comfortable with my testimony. She took the time to explain how it all worked and never made me feel rushed or like I was an annoyance. I can’t say enough great things about her, she truly cares about her clients in every way.
Emelia represented me in a CFR Hearing as well as attended court. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I felt completely comfortable and trusted her throughout the process.
Alice is absolutely wonderful at her job! She was prompt in responding and keeping me updated with any filed documents and paperwork.
