I was very pleased with the overall experience but when settlement was made they kept $1,000 in case there was a late medical bill but we had my medical bills at least one year prior so my attorney and I knew that there was not going to be any late bills but after the 90 days when it was time to reimburse me my $1,000, accounting said oh a late bill came in so I called the medical providers and the bill amount ( negotiated amount) that I had is exactly what there had been paid and there was no additional bill . . . So I guess they needed that $1,000 more than me and a little thing like that will definitely make me reconsider using them again..
Do not call these idiots. I’m looking for an attorney for my mother, and I wrote a narrative that’s I’m sending to multiple attorneys, but their receptionist INSISTED on wasting 20 minutes of my time and energy–which is really precious and scarce right now because I’m trying to get my mom out of a terrible nursing facility. And then this lady is like, ‘based on the information you gave me, our firm cannot take your case,” which is fine, but don’t waste people’s time. This firm is a joke.

I would recommend Morgan & Morgan to anyone. For me personally, I never thought I’d feel comfortable at all, but I was wrong. Mr. Bentley and more so his staff made me feel like family. I have to give a huge Thank you to Charlotte for all she’s done in my case and for having a heart and being so NON-judgemental. Mr. Bentley, my attorney was very professional and kind and didn’t waiver from knowing how my injuries have impacted my daily life and made sure I was compensated for that. Couldn’t ask for any better! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO WORKED ON MY CASE in the Prestonsburg, KY office. Being 1500 miles away was difficult but they made a horrible situation so much easier than it could have been. I will be forever grateful.
