This has been a form of communication that the DDSs have been looking to utilize for a couple years now. Good to see them trying it.

And you will have agreed to it when you completed your application. Don’t be upset. Be glad they are trying to help you.

Haven’t dealt with this particular circumstance but you’d better go. They don’t like it when you don’t go to appointments they schedule.

It’s probably coming from the dr. office and not directly from DDS. DDS sets up and pays for an independent exam. It’s most likely that whatever examiner they have hired just has automated reminder software for their appointments.

The mail has been less than stellar the past few years and it’s possible you just missed getting the letter in the mail. You can call the DDS directly and they will tell you what they have scheduled and you can verify they have the correct address on file for you.

Looks similar to the one I got from my endo office earlier.
